Before You Begin

Read the Manual

Familiarize yourself with safety guidelines and proper operations in the STOR user manual.

Clean containers

Wash containers and lids before first use. Lids and bases are top-rack dishwasher safe. 

Fully Charge Your Device

Plug in your device using the included USB-C cable until the battery indicator shows full charge.

How To Use the STOR MiniMAP

Install the Cartridge

  • Insert the cartridge, plastic cap down, into hollow tube of the device.
  • Gently push cartridge all the way down until you feel a perceptible click.

Connecting to Container

  • Position over the lid interface on top of red container valve.
  • Twist gently clockwise to secure until you feel the movement stop.
  • Twist counter-clockwise to remove.

Power On/Off

  • The device will power on by pressing and holding the mode button.
  • Press and hold the mode button to power off the device.

Select Your Mode

STOR offers three modes for versatile freshness:

  • VAC/GAS: Vacuum plus an injection of protective gas for maximum freshness.
  • VAC/GAS++: This approximately doubles a standard VAC/GAS cycle and will increase the amount of gas in the container.

How to select a mode:

  • Press the Mode Button to cycle through modes.
  • Press the Operation Button to confirm your selection and start the cycle.

Adjust Vacuum Level

Between cycles, toggle the High/Low Vacuum Selector to suit your freshness needs.

  • Low Vacuum: Gentle preservation for delicate items.
  • High Vacuum: Powerful preservation for robust items or strong vacuum pressure for accelerated marinating.

Complete the Cycle

  • STOR automatically runs your chosen cycle.
  • A screen with a checkmark indicates the cycle is finished.

Release the Vacuum & Gas 

  • Lift the valve on the lid to safely release any vacuum pressure before removing
    the lid.

How To Use the STOR MiniMAP

Pro Tips for Freshness

For maximum shelf life, keep your STORed items away from light and heat. Refrigerate any perishable items as you normally would.

Label your containers with dates or contents for better inventory tracking.

Explore different gas types (like nitrogen and argon) for unique freshness benefits depending on your product.
